direction. If it is legal in FL is another question. I'd fight it. The radar wasn't accurate due to him clocking the Honda (plus if you were next to a semi, that would cause a higher reading as well. That is moot, though, because the cop admitted he radared the Honda and not you). Unless the judge is pissed cause he/she isn't getting any, you should be good. Really, I wouldn't even expect the cop to show up, he just thought he would get an easy ticket out of you, or thought he might get lucky and the Honda driver might say you were racing. My $.02, from my personal experience.
